We are still doing contactless payment and that has proven to be very popular and easy!

06/08/21:

Lockdown #6! As before.... we are still working behind closed doors tirelessly packing and sending orders out! Click & Collect in the contactless type is available so please order online for delivery.

21/07/21:

So here we are again.... another lockdown, except this time half the country is in lockdown! We don't like it but we are doing everything we can to stop the spread of this virus!

10/06/21:

Finally the lockdown has ended and we are once again free to have customers in the shop whilst following strit COVID-19 SAFE RULES! 

All installations are going as planned and you are now welcome to come into the shop/warehouse and see our range of products. 

MASKS MUST BE WORN!.... so please bring one when visiting! 

 

27/05/21:

With the "Circuit Breaker Lockdown" in place from the 28/05/21 until the 4/06/21 we are now operating in a contactless "click & collect" process! 

This means it's business as usual for Online orders via our website, ebay store etc. The warehouse is pumping products out so please order for delivery before EOFY rush! 

Pickup is strictly contactless via click & collect and no cash is accepted. 

Installations are continuing as we are an essential service provider, we are following all DHHS guidelines in response to the latest lockdown. 

 

27/10/20:

With the Stage 4 Restrictions in Victoria easing on the 28th of October we are happy to announce that our Tullamarine shop and fitting centre will reopen to the public on the 28th October!

We are taking installation bookings right now and encourage you to call way ahead of when you are thinking of getting your parts fitted as we are quickly filling that end of year calendar!

05/08/20:

Yes we're open for online / phone orders and contact-less pickup or delivery!

The Stage 4 Victorian COVID-19 restrictions will start on the 6/08/20 and our shop will be closed to the general public, however its business as usual for online ordering and delivery at Bodyline!

With our lean warehouse and sophisticated online ordering system, you can place your order online for most of our products and have it delivered to you. 

We also welcome contact-less pickup and this can be arranged after ordering your parts!

Lastly we have staff on site and working remotely to take your orders, so pickup that phone and let us know what you want or need for your vehicle!

FAQ:

When is the retail store closing?
Starting Thursday 6th August 2020 our physical shop will be closed to the public, but we will still be taking online and phone orders and dispatching orders as usual.

Are you offering pickup and when will you open again?
We are offering contact-less pickup options after orders are placed. Please call to arrange and book your parts pickup. We will be open again once the Stage 4 restrictions are lifted in Victoria. 

I placed an order in the store that was going to be shipped to my house. Is this still shipping?
Yes. All orders placed in the store before the lock down or placed online / phone will be shipping as usual, however there may be some delays due to the lock down in Victoria. Check your email for tracking details.

I still want to shop, can I still buy online?

I'm nervous about products being shipped. What preventative measure are you taking? 
All of our products are shipped from our central warehouse in Melbourne and we are following all DHHS procedures around COVID-19 sanitation and safety. We are a COVID-19 free workplace and run a very lean warehouse with minimal staff. Rest assured, we have already put preventative measure in place to ensure all of our products are being handled safely, hygienically, and our staff have been trained on updated safety protocols.

07/03/20:

These are troubling times, and with the unfolding situation around the COVID-19 virus, we are taking extra precautions in our office and warehouse to minimise any points of infection.

We operate a very lean warehouse and office with only a number of staff processing orders and dealing with customs for fitments. 

This allows us to easily implement and scale up our sanitation efforts around the office, warehouse and customers cars. 

Secondly, we are now wearing gloves and sanitising all customers vehicles when taking the car and delivering the car. This protects us and our customers from any possible points of infection. This is the VACC recommended procedure when working with customers cars. 

Our team has been told to stay home if they have any signs of cold/flu and immediately get checked, no exceptions. This policy ensures we are corona virus free at Bodyline Automotive Restyling. 

Our online shop is taking orders and plenty of parts are leaving each day. 

There may be some delays in freight/delivery due to logistics and freight / courier company changes, these however are so far minimal. 

You can rest assured our products and packaging leaves our warehouse spotless. 

We will follow the news carefully and follow government advice if anything changes, we will update you on this page and through our social media channels.
