Unibody (monocoque) challenge:
The Musso EV features a unique unibody (monocoque) body design which is unlike traditional utes which have a ladder-frame (body on frame) design. This poses a number of challenges when designing a canopy for the tub. How do you join the canopy to the cabin? How do you seal it and make it look factory?
We solved this challenge with custom tooled parts that seamlessly join the two bodies and seal the canopy. These panels replace the factory "Sports Bar" and roof spoiler. This is a first in the industry.
Convenience is built right in, with central locking on the rear door. For security there are no side windows, with the sides featuring black "glass" to give the canopy a sleek look.
